WELCOME TO BAGLAN BAY

Baglan Bay
St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, in partnership with Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, is re-developing 1,050 acres (gross) of land, at the former BP Baglan Bay petrochemicals plant near Port Talbot, into a £500m employment site over the next 25 years.  This major regeneration project will transform this disused Brownfield site, in specific development phases, into a business community comprising of up to 4 million sq ft of new employment accommodation with the potential to create up to 7,000 jobs locally.

Baglan Bay is part of St. Modwen’s flagship £2.2bn linked development alongside Coed Darcy and the new Bay Campus for Swansea University.  It will completely transform key areas of the Swansea Bay City Region within Neath Port Talbot and Swansea.
